We think the audience should come before the product.
Campalio is a pre-launch validation platform for founders, indie hackers and startup teams. It exists because too many good products launch to an empty room, and too many bad ones get built before anyone asked for them.
A waitlist is the cheapest experiment there is. If nobody joins, you just saved six months.
Referral rewards turn a list of emails into a crowd that recruits itself. That is the whole trick.
No dropped leads at the limit, no surprise bills when you go viral. Free tier gets every core feature.
Why we built it
Tools like this existed, but they split into two camps: heavyweight marketing suites priced for companies with marketing departments, and thin form builders with no referral mechanics. Founders in the middle were duct-taping spreadsheets to email tools and calling it a launch plan.
Campalio is the middle. One campaign, one hosted page or widget, a referral link for every signup, and a reward ladder you configure in a few minutes. Milestones, leaderboards or a lucky draw. Webhooks and an API for the people who want to wire it into everything else.
The name is what it does: it is a camp for your launch, the place people gather before the doors open.
